Max Fisher

Max is a California-based writer, director, treatment designer, and musician. After graduating college and screening his senior thesis film at international genre film festivals. He interned with renowned director Noam Murro at Biscuit Filmworks and was hired as the Staff Production Assistant.

At Biscuit, Max worked as a visual researcher and designer, collaborating with top treatment creatives. With his knowledge and eye for visuals, he became the in-house treatment designer for Sanctuary Content, creating hundreds of treatments for global brands from Google to Toyota to Budweiser.

As a freelancer, Max continues to excel, pushing the medium forward and securing jobs for his clients.

Max’s personal cinematic projects are primarily genre films (horror, thriller, sci-fi), inspired by classic films of the 70s and 80s, but with richly drawn characters, haunting visuals, and incisive social themes. He scores all his films himself, a key aspect of his style.
